Booking your DREAM bali trip

🗓️ STEP 1: You’ve found an exciting tour on our website, or you want to create your own from scratch? Simply pick a date below for a quick meeting with us and fill out a short form with your preferences.

🤝 STEP 2: Our team gets to work crafting your Bali trip while you sit back and relax.

🌴 STEP 3: Review your itinerary during the meeting. If you love it, we make it happen! A 10% deposit will be required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance collected by our concierge service upon arrival. Not interested? No worries—there’s no obligation. You only book if you’re happy with your trip!

On average, it takes three days, but this may vary depending on the date you select for your itinerary presentation meeting.

No, the presentation of your Bali trip is completely free. You only pay if you are satisfied and wish to proceed with the booking.

Yes, you can request changes, and we will present a revised itinerary. However, once your booking is confirmed:
• For logistics concern, you can request modifications up to 14 days before arrival.
• Changes requiring hotel rebooking may incur additional costs.
• If the concierge cannot accommodate a modification, Emerald Bali will offer an alternative solution.

As soon as your flights tickets are bought, we can create your tour from a few days to several months in advance. On average, we can create a tour in three days based on your preferences and our responsive partners.

Payment Conditions

1. Deposit Payment (10%): once your itinerary is approved, a 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Our team will send you an invoice, which must be paid via bank transfer or Apple Pay within seven days.

2. Final Payment (90%): Upon your arrival in Bali, our concierge will welcome you and collect the remaining balance before your tour begins. Accepted payment methods include cash or bank transfer via Wise. For information, we do not offer installment payments.

As soon as we receive the 10% deposit, your booking is confirmed. Our team immediately secures your hotels and excursions in advance to guarantee availability and avoid any last-minute issues. In the event of cancellation on your part, the funds used cannot be reclaimed from our partners.

For this reason, the 10% deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure:

  • Serious illness or injury (medical proof required)
  • Flight cancellation with no alternative
  • Natural disasters or major unforeseen events affecting travel

Yes! We have a dedicated "Eternal Romance" honeymoon package. All our model tours are customizable to fit your preferences so don't hesitate to reach out if you have specific requests.

No gift system is in place for the moment, but you can still book a trip for someone traveling with you.
